This is the authoritative and most popular compendium of quotations, which is a must have for the library of every quotation's lover. Bartlett's Familiar Quotations has been published since 1855. But that does not mean that it has not kept up with the times. With every revised edition, Bartlett's Familiar Quotations adds and updates its collection.

For instance, the latest Bartlett's Familiar Quotations book has quotes by Jerry Seinfeld, J. K. Rowling, Mother Teresa, among others.
