November 7th Is Hug-a-Bear Day!

I wonder what they were thinking! What is Hug-a-Bear Day? I mean, do they really expect us to go out in the wilderness, find a grizzly friend, hug him and say, "Happy Hug-a-Bear Day!" And what did they expect the bear to do in return? Grunt his happiness? What if it turns out to be Squash-a-Human Day for Bears?

The only "huggable" bear that I can think of is Winnie the Pooh. To me, he is the cuddliest bear. He also has a philosophical outlook to life. Winnie the Pooh was my childhood buddy and a faithful friend. Here are some Winnie the Pooh quotes.
