When Harper Lee wrote her famous narrative, To Kill a Mockingbird, little could she have imagined that people would misspell the title! To give you some background information about mockingbirds; they are slim, grey birds, which can mimic the songs of 40 different birds. "Mocking bird" (which is a misspelling) has a different connotation. To enable readers to reach the right destination (notwithstanding the misspelling), I have a page of To Kill a Mocking Bird quotes. Please note that the correct spelling of the title is To Kill a Mockingbird.
